| Sighisoara was originally settled by the Saxons (Germans) in the 12th century, the birthplace of legendary Prince Dracula, Vlad the Impaler, one of the most beautiful cities in Romania, the only Romanian fortified medieval town which is still inhabited, also called the pearl of Tirnava river. |
