| On nearby Piata Mica is the elegant wrought-iron Iron Bridge, dating from 1859. The bridge's nickname is Liar's Bridge (Podul Minciunilor), it is meant to collapse if anyone tells a lie while standing on it. Some people believe that its nickname came from the benches (Bancutele Minciunilor), that stood between the tunnel and Casa Artelor in the 16th C. |
