| Princess Balasa Church is named after Brancoveanu's sixth daughter who had a small wooden church built in 1744. The church was replaced with a stone structure in 1751. Damaged by an earthquake , the church was replaced by a 3rd church in 1838 and a 4th one in 1881. Still stands today. |
