Postcards from Parma
Royal Theatre
The horse shoe-shaped stalls have four tiers of boxes and the gallery. In the center is the luxurious Royal box. The beautiful proscenium with a coffered architrave has a curtain portraying "The Triumph of Minerva", a work by Giovan Battista Borghesi. The white and gilded stucco decorations are the work of Girolamo Magnani (1853).
