| The dome is subdivided vertically in 16 gores and horizontally in 5 fascias included between the red sky surrounding the keystone and the pointed arches (eight of which with a window) resting on the architrave of the second floor of the women's gallery. 1st fascia: it has an azure background with lozenges, each of which containing a star. 2nd fascia: it depicts the twelve Apostles and the four Evangelists. |
