| Between 1571 and 1573 Lattanzio Gambara and Bernardino Gatti decorated the wall of the central nave with frescoes representing the life of Christ. The cross-vault, with transepts crossing in the center and forming large carved wood rosettes, was frescoed between 1555 and 1557 by Gerolamo Mazzola Bedoli and Francesco Mendogli. |
