| Convent of St. Paul - Correggio's Room |
| The Convent of the Benedictine Nuns dates back to 11th century. The Abbess Giovanna da Piacenza commissioned Correggio and Araldi in 1518 with the decoration of the refectory. The vault in the Carreggio's Room has the coat of arms of the Abbess Giovanna with three falcate moons in the center. 16 large vaulting ribs depart from the coat of arms decorated with mythological characters. |
