| The dome of the Sacre-Coeur |

| The construction of Sacre-Coeur basilica started in 1870s on the initiative of the Catholic Church from Paul Abadie's plans, it was completed in 1914 and consacrated in 1919. The church is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Christ. The bell tower is 252ft (83m). The dome is almost as high as the Eiffel Tour and from the top one can see the whole city. |
