| Millenium Bridge |
| The Millenium Bridge, the first pedestrian bridge to open in central London in more than a century, links Tate Modern on the South Bank of the river to St. Paul's Cathedral on the northern side. Designed by Sir Norman Foster and sculptor Anthony Caro, the $26 million Millenium Bridge has only one moving part; it pivots upward when opens for ships passing below. |
