| Sturgeon migrate through the Delta, as do Danube mackerel. Several fairly rare goby species also occur, especially in lakes and lagoons south of the Delta. You must have a permit to fish from the Fishing & Hunting Association in Tulcea. You also need a permit to travel in the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. | |||||||||||||||||||||
