| The Museum has been housed in what was once the royal palace, built from plans of French arch. Paul Gottereau. Rebuild by architect D.Nenciulescu (1930-1937). The National Museum of Fine Arts was set up in 1948, including The National Gallery (1950) and The Universal Gallery (1951). |
